With everyone else enacting quarantines, the number of infected traveling here is likely small. However, if any given American country gets seeded, you could see north/South America also get "ravaged." Just don't pull a Japan. I'm expecting a large uptick of cases on the islands shortly, considering how they handled the cruise ship fiasco.

Again, not a perfect measurement since that number is conflated with people that are recently sick and may still die and other factors. An egregious example of the opposite case is Iran which is showing a mortality rate closer to 10% than .5%. Almost certainly this means they are failing to test a lot of infected people and are undercounting cases. So Hood can type a ton of bullshit if he wants. But numbers don't lie. They just allow us to narrow down the spectrum of options which includes a very good chance that the virus does not have a "2-3%" mortality rate. Want to PMS some more Hood?
