You know, the kind that like to party hearty and trash their rooms. The kind that take the profit out of a profitable business. I'm sure that there is communication among Hoteliers that passes on information about certain clientele. If I'm not mistaken, doesn't Trump own a Hotel in the DC area? Maybe he could offer up his lavish accommodations. I'm sure Trump would welcome them with open arms.

Feel free to use direct quotations to show where I made an equivalency between the actions of the GOP and DNC — much less a quotation where I "paints both sides as [*exactly*] equal". I'll help: I didn't make such an equivalency. You were the one who just brought up the old "false equivalency" argument without any prompting whatsoever. And I will add, once again, that pointing out that comparisons between parties may be a false equivalency does not excuse a fallacy of relative privation; even if one party is worse (which itself may be a subjective value judgment when it comes to various cultural domains), no party should be excused for its misdeeds.
