What's a $1200/mo Range Rover lease when you (used to) see median 2bdr listings in SF at $5434/mo and most landlords in expensive locales want to see 40x monthly rent in annual earnings versus 3x monthly earnings to boot. To even qualify for median 2bdr listing in SF you needed to be earning $220k. What's $14.4k/yr blown on leasing a fancy car next to that?
