jergul rank	Wed Nov 30 02:33:54 2022 Sort of true. Terms and conditions apply. Lots of international English language programs in Norway. Brexit will prolly trigger a change though. The idea is exchange, not free uni in norway for everyone, norwegians pay full prices everywhere else.
