If they found him guilty on 6 counts, we all know this sort of nonsense was almost certainly going on regularly, and probably worse.

46 months is a slap on the wrist and keeping his pension for a job he didn't do and actually abused the community.

Yeah, the first guy may not seem sympathetic, but the landscaper he had illegally arrested as leverage in a dispute for work done, how modern slavery does not get life in jail is beyond me.

Especially a Sherriff, the punishment should be worse than usual.
