As Vice President of the United States, Kamala Harris has a constitutional duty to declare Biden to be inable to hold the powers of the presidency. The man's mind is quite clearly gone at this point.

Unfortunately she won't fulfill her duty, because if she were to become Acting President then her narrative of "I'm the CHANGE candidate despite being one of the leading people in government for the last four years" would come off as completely ludicrous.

So here we are. A president who is fully senile and not in charge of his faculties, much less his administration. An executive branch led by a coalition of ex-Obama officials, the president's wife, and nameless bureaucrats. A vice president who claims that she's played zero role in the government of the US during her time in office.

Clown world, here we are.
