Paramount Member	Thu Oct 10 15:56:00 The meeting in Ramstein where Zelenskyj was to present his Victory Plan has been cancelled. Apparently, neither Biden or anyone else in Biden’s administration have the time to go. The follow up peace conference in november is also having problems. No country has agreed to host it yet and I hear that this peace summit have also been cancelled now because of it. Are everyone giving up on Ukraine now? Has the Americans thrown Zelenskyj and the Ukrainians under the bus?

Zelensky goes to beg to use weapons that multiple nations have donated identical iterations of, in the way that he wants, and receives different answers from every single donator.
