In reality trump made it far more accessible but the biden administration didn't capitalize on it due to lobbyists. Similar to how trump passed a bill that would require hospitals to state the costs for whatever care they were offering but don't because the biden/Harris administration doesn't enforce it due to lobbyists.

Trump has said, many times, that he supports IVF and would make it free to access. This flies in contrast with anti abortion activists who, for some reason, are against IVF.
