Nothing happened. Charges weren't filed. Just an opportunistic woman doing what opportunistic women do.

Al Capone only did tax evasion? rape vs consensual can be pretty hard to prove in court & he did pay her including NDA to keep it quiet i didn't read it all but the gist seems to be Hegseth being lecherous toward women at a bar, this woman annoyed by him, has fight w/ him significant enough that hotel staff respond to & Hegseth stupidly claims 'free speech!', then they end up having sex (not denied)... she then gets a rape kit a couple days later w/ belief he drugged her so either he drugged her, or he charmed her over after annoying her (yet she still got rape kit)
