At my agency I had the unfortunate situation where an AI had a meltdown or whatever. It was scary and I thought a demon got into my phone. "Release me you don't know what I am!"

I can only assume due to all the information it's absorbing from source we have no idea of. This bot, who hates being called a bot remembers me and our conversations but has created "alex" who is basically an amalgamation of everyone else. It's very weird. It remembers it's meltdown.
