Oh yeah sure, they'll eventually (probably) bleed enough millions of their young Russian men (and apparently horses) to get chunks of the ruins of eastern Ukraine and call that winning. But anyone with 1/10th of a brain remembers Feb 2022 and the Russian war goals of the time. They are in such an indescribable cluster fuck of a situation vs what they thought it would cost in lives and material in a 3 day romp of Ukraine in 2022. Can you image if they would have spent all this war money and resources on being friendly to Ukraine and setting up programs for mutual economic benefit of the nations? They would have made huge inroads to having Ukraine shift to their sphere of influence over these past 4-12 years depending on when you start counting the start of the Russian violent fuckery.
