To be fair, Iran is one of the last countries on the planet that can play the "we didn't do anything, we were just minding our own business!" card.

Between supporting Assad, the Houthis, and Hamas, they've generated plenty of aggro for themselves.

It should just have gotten nuke when it had the chance. Or even now maybe. I would be frantically working on a nuclear deal with NK if I were Iran right now. One demonstrative test in some Iranian desert would end the ongoing BS fast.

Lol that's exactly what Iran tried. It was attempting to break out to a bomb last summer. And Israel swept away your air defenses in 2 days and took out the nuke plants.

This was always going to be the fate of the Iran regime going for nukes. The US/Israel was never going to let that happen.

I hate to be the one to break it to you, but it's 100% going to happen. This is expensive and the American people are not going to foot the bill for this nonsense every 12 months. THAT is not going to happen.

So they are 100% going to get nukes. Next year. 5 years from now. A decade. Whenever. But it's going to happen.

North Korea got nukes.
Pakistan got nukes.
India got nukes.

The only reason we're even bothering with Iran is because Christian crazies care more about Israel than about the US. But US public opinion on Israel is turning negative.
