These planes from Fairford travel down the coast of Portugal, across the med (various airspaces closed) and then release stand off munitions from over Jordan and Iraq. Well out of range of Iran.

Theres been plenty of tracking them.

I have no idea if that loadout had anything to do with those strikes, but we have been hitting and are hitting targets outside Iran. B-52s would have no problem flying over those.

Sammy does not understand that I dont find x to be a relevant or credible source, so I never click on its links.

Dummy, you just admitted B-52s have problems flying over Iran. Day 24 and JDAMs are mounted for the first time. So sure, you have a small sliver somewhere that you can bomb. Maybe. We do not know where the B-52s went and there are tons of targets in Irak, Yemen and Lebanon to bomb.

If it was not just a training mission. You still have to train up your crews for mission readiness.

Conclusion: B-52s have huge problems entering Iraninan airspace.
