"Pat Tillman (Army Ranger):

Background: Walked away from a $3.6 million NFL contract with the Arizona Cardinals to enlist after the 9/11 attacks.
The Incident: Killed on April 22, 2004, in Paktika Province, Afghanistan, during a chaotic firefight in a canyon.
Controversy: His death was initially reported as a heroic act against enemy forces. It was later revealed he was killed by friendly fire, leading to allegations of a high-level military cover-up.
Legacy: Honored through the Pat Tillman Foundation, which provides academic scholarships to veterans and their spouses.

Marcus Luttrell (Navy SEAL / "Lone Survivor"):

Background: A Navy SEAL who participated in Operation Red Wings in June 2005.
The Incident: His four-man team was ambushed by Taliban fighters in the Hindu Kush mountains. Luttrell was the only one to survive the initial battle; 16 other special operations personnel died when their rescue helicopter was shot down.
The Rescue: Severely wounded with a broken back and bullet wounds, he was protected by local Afghan villagers (led by Mohammad Gulab) before being rescued by U.S. forces."

That's pretty fuck'n awesome if true. This war is stupid as shit for the US to be burning resources on, but this story here is heroic.

We force the Usanians to destroy their own equipment, that is perfect

Think of that: we shoot down one of their planes two and the result is that they lose two more planes!

Source? No mainstream media, international or US, is mentioning anything like. Csam Adams is well-known for his lies, so this kind of Hollywood action movie hyperbole shouldnt be taken seriously for a nano-second until he provides credible sources

It seems bombs dropped were a part of a deception ploy in a different region to make Iran think the rescue mission was taking place there. They also lost two planes.

"Two transport planes that would carry the commandos and the airmen to safety got stuck at a remote base in Iran. Commanders decided to fly in three new planes to extract all the U.S. military personnel and the airmen, and they blew up the two disabled planes rather than have them fall into Iranian hands.

The F-15E fighter jet was shot down in a region of Iran where there is significant opposition to the Iranian government As a result, the airman may have been able to rely on locals for shelter and assistance."

Poor sammy. Trading a shiton of aircraft for an air technician and thinking it is a grand victory.

Hence "Also 1 million Iranians were killed by CAS". Liars lie.

Losing two planes to get a guy who seems to have been saved by Iranian farmers probably involved a whole lot of "Fuck! Shit" on the ground, but the entire Trump admin of course immediately focuses on how to spin what to them is nothing but a PR campaign. But even the most infamously dishonest admin in Western history isnt telling the whoppers pedo-scam is peddling.

When analysts talk about people who start wars to get people to misdirect voters from their domestic problems, theyre talking about little chimps like pedo-scam who they know will immediately start thumping their little chests and jerking off to war porn fantasies while forgetting everything happening back home.

Honest question: How many planes did the US lose in the (wildly successful) Gulf War?
williamthebastard

Far more planes used in the gulf war since it was a large scale invasion from day 1, which entailed first pouring millions of tons of fire from the skies for a month before pouring in boots on land

According to media reports, 129 helicopters and 24 fixed-wing aircraft were lost in Iraq between the 2003 invasion and February 2009. Of these incidents, 46 have been attributed to hostile fire

All we learnt here is that Iran is not yet prepared for a land fight, and their western border is vulnerable.

Kinda disappointing.

Also C-130s supposedly got stuck after landing, and were destroyed to prevent capture, with neither being damaged by Iranian AA

2 C-130s getting stuck seems sus and draws into question how they exfil'd at all?

Iran has not mobilized (yet). The C-130s are almost certainly political. A certain president does not want direct comparisons with another certain president who lost 2 extraction teams in an unfortunate collision in Iran some decades ago.

So C-130s for insertion, helis for extraction. Halves the risk of a Jimmy Carter moment. Aircraft burnout seems pre-planned by how complete it was.
