Hrothgar rank	Sat Aug 15 23:37:34 Full disclosure, I am of the opinion that the US has (and was always doomed to from Trump admin's buffoon strategy for initiation strategy) lost the war against Iran. That being said, beyond the win or lose argument, it's so odd living here in the US and just observing the abject shrug from the culture overall. Very, very few US citizens care about this conflict win or lose. There is very little propaganda trying to drum up support for the war. It's not in our faces like the terrorist wars were. The US has lost the war from my perspective - and yet it's meaningless to the US population. No one cares. You'd think there would be administration collapsing, world shaking anger at such a situation... and yet, no US citizen cares or is even paying attention to it. It's like 4th small headline news most of the time. Some kind of psychological combo of living in the always in your face information overload of the social media and 24/7 propaganda era in combination with Trump pushing every legal and ethical red line constantly in every direction has lead to a sort of collective numbness.

Skirmishes like that have been going on in the fucked up middle east, especially against Iran, our entire lives. Trump is a retard. Everyone knows all of this. Nothing new.
