TWC and AT&T have essentially been granted monopolies and barely-competitive duopolies all across the US. Meanwhile, I would anticipate that the businesses hurt the most by this pay regulation are proprietorships. Chain corporations are going to do fine regardless. Nothing happens in a vacuum.
