So far the proof we have in the Moore case is a graduation card that says I know you will go far and in the Franken case we have a photo of him grabbing boobs. That aside it wouldn't have bothered me if Franken decided to ride out his term and leave it to the voters next election. I think he is a moron and a complete ass but he hasn't been charged with nor found guilty of a crime so hey let the voters decide.

" A) it's provable he's not touching the boobs (shadows), B) there is A TON more than his signings of yearbooks in the Moore case... several women saying he dated them, a couple saying he assaulted them, several acquaintances hearing about it contemporaneously, several people warned to watch out for him at the mall & such, PLUS he said "he always asked their mothers" & it was not his "customary behavior" when asked if he had dated teens in his 30s rather than saying "no"
