Not the case of it was accidentally sent. It was more about if the the emails were intentionally sent and that it came out that some emails had classified information. So what needed to be proven is; were those particular emails with classified information sent intenionally. Or was it an oversight by Huma Abedin because it was established that it was a practice of hers to for intentionally. Versus a sailor who admitted knowingly ad intentionally taking photos of classified areas so that he could ahow his family, kids, and friends of what he did in the navy. Yes, there are differences.
