Like by an individual's metric: • OBL had between "20 and 26 children with his wives", and, if we avoid the conspiracy theories, then he was responsible for 2996+ American deaths on 9/11... so he reduced his carbon footprint pretty effectively while still playing the gene survival game (terrorists win) • But then the Tsarnaev brothers "only" killed three people, and they have just one child, so they didn't do much carbon reduction unless you consider that their own deaths will mean 5 dead for 1 born (terrorists win... barely) • Then we have peeps like the parents in 2016's "Lion" who adopted instead of using their perfectly functional reproductive organs. 0 kills, and 1 nested bird who will give economic aid to his mother's village, increasing his gene survival while reducing the gene survival of his adoptive parents — probably an overall increase in carbon footprint given how far money will go in his birth mother's village and how little birth control exists there. (He was Indian, not Middle Eastern, but the Western parents show a gene loss and a carbon footprint gain via their decisions; terrorists win) • But we also have Mormons who *don't* feel guilty about their population policies, which could mean that Utah whites off of birth control will continue to outperform Middle Easterners off of birth control (counter-terrorists win) But if the metric changes to national politics, one would have to wonder how many wedding missile strikes have rivaled all the various terror attacks. Seems like missile strike policies, the Iraqi invasion, and various foreign policies have reduced the carbon footprint of the Middle East via kill count more so than terrorist attacks.. (counter-terrorists win) But then again, by an energy metric, with oil fields burning and Middle Eastern metropolises being built on oil money, maybe that's a net carbon gain, regardless of the gene (kill count) game, with terrorist-supporting states building a future for themselves on Western materialism? (terrorists win) Then there could be unforeseen consequences to policies.. [like a long-term political metric?].. like the Nazis made headway with their eugenics program, but because they lost WWII there was a huge reversal in the gene game, with Americans and Israelis recovering their numbers and then some in the post-war Baby Boom while German genes suffered via ostracism and guilt. It could be similar with the West's missile policies: lots of immediate kills, but with refugees flooding to Europe and getting to populate freely, policy could just increase the Middle Eastern carbon footprint.. in which case the terrorists are winning, yes XD We're definitely headed towards a culling at any rate ;p

There likely do not exist enough white over-population cultures to compete with Middle Eastern over-population cultures. I.e., polygamy seems much bigger in the Middle East (terrorists win)
