Mike Pompeo is the new SecState. It seems he knows a great deal about North Korea.

A woman will be the new Super Sleuth, I didn't catch her name.

I guess Tillerson will file for unemployment.

New CIA boss Haspel:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gina_Haspel
Haspel ran a "black site" CIA prison located in Thailand in 2002.[5][6] The site was codenamed "Cat’s Eye" and held suspected al Qaeda members Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri and Abu Zubaydah for a time. The Senate Intelligence Committee report on CIA torture specifies that during their detention at the site they were waterboarded and interrogated using no longer authorized methods.[7][8] Declassified CIA cables specify that Zubaydah was waterboarded 83 times in a month, was sleep deprived, kept in a "large box", had his head slammed against a wall and he lost his left eye. Zubaydah was deemed, by the CIA interrogators, to not be in possession of any useful intelligence (Interrogation of Abu Zubaydah).[9]

Haspel later was the chief of staff to Jose Rodriguez, who headed the CIA's Counterterrorism Center. In his memoir, Rodriguez wrote that Haspel had "drafted a cable" in 2005 ordering the destruction of dozens of videotapes made at the black site in Thailand.

bringing back torture (& "a hell of a lot worse than waterboarding") was a campaign promise, so i guess Trump's going for that checkbox

...even though since he lost the popular vote massively, the people don't actually want his ideas

Russia just ordered Trump to fire Rex Tillerson, and he did.

This is normal.

Tillerson's aide has been fired for telling the world Tillerson learned of the firing from a tweet (which was probably true... we know it's how Trump has announced things in the past)

also Trump personal aide John McEntee fired & escorted out of the White House because he's under investigation for financial crimes (but already re-hired to Trump's re-election campaign to continue his life of crime)

Well he is living up to his The Apprentice persona.
Someone must have already made a sketch of Trump firing people as a president. I mean from back this was all obviously sketch material and not real life.

Is there anyone left from Trump’s original team?

I thought his team was the best team ever. But now he has fired everyone? Which means that his team must have been really bad. Like, really bad.

Are these really the values the US should be promoting? The CIA might as well start issuing uniforms decorated with skulls and lightning bolts.

You have to respect that.

An excellent opportunity to save Europe from encroaching Islamization. GEOTUS will seize the casus belli and birth the Imperium Americanus via recolonization of the EU.

Trump was a household name long before The Apprentice. The tabloids, talk shows, and his own shameless self promotion, made him a household name.

People constantly reference "The Art of the Deal" despite not being able to point to a single successful Trump business venture besides Trump Tower.

With the help of the tabloids and talk shows, he basically brainwashed the public into accepting that he's a brilliant businessman ... all while filing for bankruptcy left and right, and failing miserably at most every venture.

Trump considering firing McCabe right before his retirement to screw over his pension

It would probably be easier to reinstate his benefits if he is found to be not guilty of anything than it would be to take them back once he is proven guilty.

That's my guess anyway.

If Sessions get fired, the GOP will stonewall for as long as they can and roll over and let dems take congress in 2018 before joining with them to impeach Trump. So many of them are afraid of being primaried. They want the excuse of having the dems in power.

But it will be a deeply chaotic time until then and there's no guarantee Dems win though I think anyone not licking Breitbart's long-dead chode can reasonably expect Dem gains this fall to be even bigger this fall.

Trump knew very little about the job when he was elected or what kind of person would be best for each position.

He had to do some trial and error.

What the hell do expect? The demonrats are still holding up some of his appointments even Cabinet positions.

Almost 14 months and he still does not yet have a full Cabinet. If the Republicans did that to a demonrat you guys would be marching on Washington.

"Trump knew very little about the job when he was elected or what kind of person would be best for each position. "

Employers expect you to know to some degree of how to do your job or have some knowledge of it as you pro-actively research the position.

Thus far, Trump has displayed that he still doesn't understand it nor took much time to even research it before or while current. He definitely failed understanding how the U.S. Constitution works as he can't grasp onto the fundamentals of that.

"What the hell do expect? The demonrats are still holding up some of his appointments even Cabinet positions."

Just democrats only, yeah? Interesting when it's shown that some republicans are doing the same thing considering the controversial nominees that have either withdrew due to questionable backgrounds, those confirmed are in the midst of controversy abusing their positions, and others that are in similar situations. Damn the Senate for being skeptics based up the current track record of the highest turnover of any President in the last 30 or maybe 40 years.

"If the Republicans did that to a demonrat you guys would be marching on Washington. "

Republicans did do that. Funny how you block that portion of your memory.

"Trump knew very little about the job when he was elected or what kind of person would be best for each position."

One might dare to say he was unqualified?

"He had to do some trial and error."

Shouldn't take over a year to figure it out.

"Almost 14 months and he still does not yet have a full Cabinet."

Then he should shoulder a little responsibility and deal with it (either by filling empty positions or nutting up and not using it as an excuse).

"What the hell do expect?"

Competence. Which is apparently too much.

Where, exactly, does one go to school to learn everything there is to know about running The United States as President?

Hell even JFK admitted to learning the job on a daily basis.

"Where, exactly, does one go to school to learn everything there is to know about running The United States as President?"

Who said everything? You said, very directly, that Trump knew very little. One doesn't need to know everything, but knowing more than very little is a low bar and one we should best.

"Hell even JFK admitted to learning the job on a daily basis."

Whereas Trump thinks he already knows everything, despite knowing very little?

All the people who ran for President up until Trump are, in general, people who have spent all their lives focused on that singular goal, and only entered politics as a way of achieving it.

There are a few exceptions of course. Ulysses Grant got the war hero bump, and he was absolutely terrible at the job too.

When you consider the depth and breadth being The President of The United States 'very little' is a tremendous amount.

You guys boast a knowledge of what it takes to be a member of that elite club. So who are they>

Exactly who would you choose to fill your cabinet posts?

Just Curious.

Moron Rod can't even think for himself anymore.

And it's patently obvious to everyone that Trump is not firing people because they are incompetent; quite the opposite. He hates independent thinkers and can't stand up to them being cut from the same Fox-News-watching cloth as Hot Rod.

So he fires them and sticks cotton in his ear and screams about how the world is unfair instead of himself.

President Trump knows his objective and his approach is different or one could even say eccentric in politics. Every individual can't overcome challenges without an optimistic attitude; it projects confidence and arrogance.

If a person is going to change the paradigm, they need to step out of the box. Politics has been methodical with fundamentally patented approaches for decades, and that is and inevitably has been the resistance. The eyes of the world are on Trump. I personally prefer those who are elastic thinkers.

The separation of powers, nevertheless, remains and when or if he commits a major misstep he will fail his objective.
