Apparently some of them were firing without the trigger being pulled. Of course the gun nutters are using this to say their sales are down because of the school shootings.

I bought a box a while back to see if they were different and they tasted the same. I thought Cha[ter 11 was a way to restructure debt without giving up ownership.

This applies if you are a person, a company, or a non-profit. If you are trying to paint lipstick on a pig, you could call it "restructuring," but it's the same thing. IE: "It's not that I got evicted, got my car repo'd, my wife left me, and I'm considering suicide.... I'm 'restructuring,' you see!"
