We also don't know if Trump had given consent to the doctor to share health info (it's a good assumption there's some form of documentation describing what the doctor does and doesn't have permission to share). at the very least, seems if they are rifling through records it's violating other people's rights

i would guess the likely procedure is forms are filed & the doc himself retrieves the records... if the doc is violating laws, law enforcement should be involved, not bodyguards
