"The high-rise had been occupied by squatters."

And nothing of value was lost

How the fuck does concrete get melted by an ordinary fire? It's one thing if you have gigantic chunks of debris strong your building, but this should be impossible.

Well the concrete cracks, and the reinforcing steel weakens.

People underestimate fire. Fire can fuck up pretty much anything given a little time.

Same can be said of plants, except they're way better at it.

”Fires cant cause skyscrapers to collapse”

Nah, it was poor people who caused it to collapse, by playing with fire.

Either that, or it was the owner who wanted to get rid of this shitty building and get insurance money. If you listen close you might hear sounds of explosion as each floor is collapsing.

I’d do a check on who thw owner is and what kind of background he has. Maybe Silverstein owned this building too.

This one burned for 90 minutes if I’m not mistaken. But all of the concrete could not have burned for that long. Is 90 minutes enough to destroy concrete?

Lol concrete does not burn. But it does crack with temperature changes, and a fire certainly has those.

It was more than than skyscrapers collapsing from fire. It ”collapsed into it’s base”. It virtually looked like a mini WTC implosion. I immediately thought of 9/11 when I saw the video, prior to this thread.
