here's Trumps financial disclosure form showing his Stormy payment

As I understand it this document verifies that Trump did, in fact, pay Cohen a monthly retainer to take care of legal expenses that arose.

The document proves that Trump did not know what was paid because he did not get an itemized statement so he did not know what was being paid out.

If you need additional information turn on FOX News. It is break news so they will be talking about all day and perhaps longer.

this seems to be the relevant entry (as a footnote)...

"In the interest of transparency, while not required to be disclosed as "reportable liabilities" on Part 8, in 2016 expenses were incurred by one of Donald J. Trump's attorneys, Michael Cohen. Mr. Cohen sought reimbursement of those expenses and Mr. Trump fully reimbursed Mr. Cohen in 2017. The category of value would be $100,001 - $250,000 and the interest rate would be zero. "

...with a seeming 'fuck you, it DID need reported' notation by OGE on the first page

As you understand and as the rest of the world understands it and according to Trump's attorney, Rudy Giuliani, that this was the money in reference to pay Stormy Daniels.

Anything else you want to present your understanding as? And spare me about Giuliani making a mistake and being his "first day on the job" type argument that is/was being peddled around.

for the record, i see nothing about a monthly retainer in the docs... and in fact, if that was the case, it doesn't seem it would qualify as a liability... and Trump's own people have listed it as a liability where Cohen sought reimbursement for an expense

so more lies proven, as not only did Rudy have that retainer story, it appeared on Trump's twitter as well

"And Cohen was a lobbyist, supposedly"

He wasn't registered as one. Sort of makes it illegal for him to accept bribes to lobby if he isn't registered.

Also:

If you pay someone for information (like companies did to Cohen) and you find out almost immediately that this person cannot deliver anything useful, you do not keep paying the useless person for 12 months. You terminate the contract. That multiple businesses paid Cohen monthly fees despite knowing almost immediately that he had nothing of value makes it highly unlikely that Cohen was just selling information of who in government has Trump's ear. Those 11 months of extra payments makes this smell very much like bribery disguised as "providing services" to the bribers by splitting the payments up in such a manner.

it seems to be in response to Andrew McCarthy speculating the FBI had an informant... not exactly solid evidence, but enough for our lil boy idiot prez to tweet

"Wow, word seems to be coming out that the Obama FBI “SPIED ON THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN WITH AN EMBEDDED INFORMANT.” Andrew McCarthy says, “There’s probably no doubt that they had at least one confidential informant in the campaign.” If so, this is bigger than Watergate!"

(and an informant is a person already involved in the activity who gives info to FBI, so doesn't reflect poorly on FBI, it reflects poorly on Trump campaign)

Also, the FBI absolutely had reason to 'spy'... Papadopoulos somehow was aware Russians had hacked emails before anyone even knew hacking occurred (plus plenty of other concerns as everyone around Trump was in contact w/ Russia &/or a criminal)

"Don't you remember when Oslimea kissed the King of Saudi Arabia's Ring?

That made The United States a laughing stock around the world and embarrassed the hell out of any real American. "

Well you start off with the lie. Obama didn't kiss any ring of sorts from any Saudi Royal. And if you are referring to the bow, it wasn't embarrassing to anyone other than to the right and Fox News viewers.

But a little history lesson:

"Although many [Conservatives] painted Obama’s bowing as a sign of weakness or deference, he was not the first sitting president to bow (or to be criticized for bowing) to a foreign leader. President Nixon bowed to Japan Emperor Hirohito in 1971 and referred to him and his wife as ‘Your Imperial Majesties.'” Bill Clinton was criticized for bowing in 1994 to Japan’s Emperor Akihito. George W. Bush was mocked for holding hands with Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah in 2005. Even President Eisenhower bowed to France’s leader Charles de Gaulle. Although these gestures may be viewed as weak by some, bowing can also be a sign of respect"

I guess you have an interesting definition for a "real American" as there is currently a President that cares not about national security, doesn't believe his own intel agencies, rather help Russia and China evade sanctions, gets out of the Iran deal that was a multi-international effort and still do this day cannot describe as to why it was a "bad deal," "worst deal," "US got nothing," that caused more un-easement in the region that was already fragile.

Then to add the multitude of nations that are our allies that are vehemently disagreeing with how we are conducting ourselves which leads to us being universally mocked and not view us as a world leader as much now which was our M.O.

But sure Hot Rod, you state a lie to demonstrate how 'embarrassing'Obama was for us and have your own demented definition of a "real American."

""Trump keeps outperforming the last three Presidents combined" "

And as hood said, no. Also, I am curious the criteria you used to make this ridiculous claim.

Trump's long-time criminal lawyer Cohen's criminal business partner has reached a pretty nice plea deal to avoid jail time & cooperate, so could be bad news for criminal Cohen

-----

"Mr. Freidman, who was disbarred earlier this month, had been accused of failing to pay more than $5 million in taxes and faced four counts of criminal tax fraud and one of grand larceny — all B felonies. Each carries a maximum prison sentence of up to 25 years in prison.

Instead, he appeared in court in Albany on Tuesday and pleaded guilty to a single count of evading only $50,000 worth of taxes; he faces five years of probation if he fulfills the terms of his agreement." (includes paying back the $5 million)
