I have no idea if the POTUS already has this authority, but then again, neither does Donald!

Has any other country ever noticed that they are screwing The United States by charging higher tariffs than we do and that all we want are fair tariffs for both sides?

Diary controls in Canada are downright tyrranical. I understand that some of it is for health reasons. The rest just drives up the cost to produce the diary and forces us to use tarrifs just too compete. The solution is for Canada too fix the system so it stops artificially inflating price

As of right now POTUS has power to raise tariffs only for national security threats ie Canada, Mexico, and E.U.
