For people who don't want to bother sitting through a lame 3-minute video, here is the dilemma:

You're driving in your car during a thunderstorm. You find three people waiting at a bus stop: The perfect woman ("the woman of your dreams"), and old friend who once saved your life, and a sick old lady "in critical condition." What do you do? And all of this is apparently a job interview question.

BTW, the "right" answer is pretty retarded. First of all if it's storming, you should probably be focusing on the road and not ogling babes waiting at a bus stop. Whatever, never mind that. Wonder why neither the hot babe or my old friend called 911 for the old lady in critical condition and keep driving. Logically, if the old lady is indeed in bad shape, 2 adults are right there with her, both with cell phones, who could contact emergency services to pick the lady up.

If for some reason I knew that a bus was never coming... My car seats 4. All 3 of them could theoretically load into my car. I would stop for the friend and offer the other 2 phone calls or rides if their destination wasn't too far out of my way.

What was obvious? The "right" answer? The "right" answer is silly. You pull up to a bus stop. You see a person literally dying before your eyes. Most normal people's priority would be to get this person to a hospital ASAP. They don't think, "hmm, how can I save this lady and still get to fuck this girl?" That's creepy and weird. If you pull this shit in real life, you're friend is going to think "umm, wtf, why is he asking me to drive his car?" and this "perfect" woman will be equally freaked out and uncomfortable that she now must wait with you alone in the rain. No reasonable person would do that.

The framing the girl is highlighted as a legitimate option (if there was no other people, would it be immoral to offer the girl a lift?). The immoral thing would be abandoning the woman or your friend to do so. So how do we make everyone happy?

In the real world, you'd obviously offer a lift to the old lady. A lift is hardly "paying your buddy back, and if he saved your life he's not going to object to you taking an old lady home or to hospital.
