He gives a speech in front of everyone and bombs he was really nervous, mumbled, repeated himself and his voice was more high pitched then usual. Anyway someone said "what the fuck is wrong with you?" New guy says "Nothing, we should be getting to work" After a few days later Bob (not real name) says "I know he's bi-polar or has autism" So Bob and buddies decide to confront him on this. Bob: "Do you have trouble sleeping at night?" NG: "sometimes" Bob:"Its yes or no" NG: "I guess You know I keep a odd schedule" Bob: "No its cause of your excess energy cause of your bi-polar or autistic" NG:"No I'm not" Bob:"yes you are.. NG :"whatever" *new guy goes back to talking about work* Bob:Don't be rude and answer my question. NG "Your questions are weird, stupid and have nothing to do with work." Bob:"See I told you he's obessed with work that's a symptom." NG: "ohh I get it. You jealous or hate me but don't have the balls to say it. So make this shit up. Fuck you" *new guy again goes back to talking about work* Bob-"we've all been doing this job for years. Its boring and easy" NG: "Then fuck off in the break room and quit being a little creep" Bob: "Im not.." NG:"You've been talking about me for days Usually when a guy is obessed with anthor guy the way you are he's interested in my asshole" At this point Bob lunges at new guy and they have to be separated. Words really fail to describe the stupidity of this situation cause "Bob" never talked much but now only talks about "new guy" and formed a following dedicated to analyzing speech patterns and mannerisms of the new guy. I mean a lot of the guards are now missing significant training time and slacking on security procedures just to talk about him and how to make him accept his "mental illness." Its also funny that they also claim it's not a big deal and actually like the new guy but they just want him to admit it. The also claim that "channeling his inner retard" would be to his benefit. The new guy has complained to the boss but he thinks "new guy" needs to toughen up. Its gotten so bad that I have complained and I get along with both guys but together they create such a toxic environment it makes most people uncomfortable. Yet the boss only blames the new guy for not being tough which is stupid cause everyone outranks the new guy. Who now literally greets Bob with "No, you can't test my asshole for bi-polar ism" or "No you can't suck my cock" and occasionally "Fuck you faggot". I've actually seen Bob cry over this but he keeps calling him "bi-polar or autistic" and even retarded. I've worked for this company almost 12 years now but its so toxic and dysfunctional I'm seriously considering quitting cause its getting worse. Only upside is that they are both college students and might be gone in a year or two but again I've never seen this organization so dysfunctional.

The Children Member	Sun Aug 05 01:53:53 namin urself "BOB" doesnt mean we dunt know ur talkin about urself... and u call that dysfunctional. that shit aint nottin. let me tell u what happened 2 a collegue of mine. so there was this girl and this collegue lets call him mike. mike was interested in her, really liked her. but she has a boyfriend which she talked about on occasion. so mike started avoidin her and shit. so last year durin xmas party, mike and this girl had a fallin out. she treated him like really nasty and shit. work only resumed in jan, so i dunt know what happened in between. but since jan, this girl was suddenly hangin around another new guy at office. this guy was a previous old collegue who returned after a year. so he wasnt "new" but new 2 me, 2 mike, 2 this girl but not 2 some other older collegues. let call him jack. all of a sudden jack always sits next 2 this girl, they go outside durin breaks, they flirt durin work drivin mike crazy. sometimes jack wuld leave da office early and she wuld 2. all this time, she is supposed 2 have a boyfriend aswell! it drove mike crazy. mike responded by breakin all contact with girl. she didnt seem 2 care. the flirtin went on. so finally after 2 months of this bullshit and everyone at the office saw it happenin. the thing is, while she and mike didnt speak on good terms anymore, u culd tell she was doing alot of things just 2 irritate or make him jealous. there were hints and shit. so finally mike broke down, got on his knees and flatout admitted he had dem feelings 4 her. he told her she had 2 reject jack. prove that she never had anything 2 do with him. things r hazy from this point on. from what i told, she rejected mike. continued her flirts and shit but it lasted only 2 days or so. mike was sad but by next week he didnt showed up no more. it was clear he had enough and was gonna quit da job. and along with that her attitude changed aswell. she stopped flirtin with jack. but then a week later in a reversal, she quit the job and just like that she wasnt seen no more. that was like 3 months ago. mike is still here. jack too but they aint on speakin terms if u know what i mean. she did flatout deny that she had ever had any thing with 2 do with jack but even a blind man culd see them flirtin...but apparently never beyond some flirts at the office. any way, rumors has it that she chose her boyfriend. that mike lost all contact with her, even blocked. this is why u go MGTOW. them bitches aint loyal. and where does TC stand in all of this...well, let me just say this shit confirmed once again why MGTOW is true.

She was married and when her husband found out he threatened to blow up the workplace. We had a couple of cops there for the day waiting for him, but he never showed. I had the hardest time when I got done driving truck and went to work at a jail, just trying to keep up with the personnel relations and interactions. I still don't like to work with others if they like to play head games. Much rather be driving a truck with an assigned load and destination and time line. Put me in the truck and get the fuck out of my way. I'll get your load there in one piece with no drama involved. If I were NG I would be getting rid of Bob.

NG is potentially sacable to, but could argue that he's following management instruction to "be tough". Am assuming NG is a shift lead or something: in charge of activities but no performance mgt or disciplinary powers.
