I think the CIA has mastered killing people with drones. I'm not saying they are perfect.

If they were doing it themselves, yeah. But in Central and South America, the CIA tends to operate through opposition groups of various sorts.

It would be amateurish by design so we have some deniability.

Honestly I can't tell. There's some video of a drone exploding in the air, but that could just as easily be the government to have an excuse for a crackdown on the opposition.
