This is the same asshole who's openly using the New York state machinery to try and shut down the NRA. I hope the Sex and the City chick humiliates him at the polls.

I assume that you figure she could never win the general election, right? Because she'd go at the NRA even harder.

And yes, that would be amusing.

Cuomo was pretty much right. Native genocide, slavery, segregation, support for a bunch of extreme right wing dictatorships during the cold war, Vietnam.

The two things that the country did right was WW2 and the Civil War and no doubt that if John Brown or the members of the Abraham Lincoln Brigade members were alive today they would be called a bunch of cucks by the 21st century neo confederates and neonazis that voted for the clown anyway.

With that said, Cuomo has diverted MTA funds to fund some bullshit projects upstate to help a population of 80 mostly clown voters while screwing over the commutes of 8m ppl in the city. So no, i'm not a big fan.

If you define greatness to be everything the US didn't do, then sure it's easy to say that America was never great.

Looking at the points brought up, Y2A's post, you literally can't find a powerful nation that doesn't have that type of colored past. Go as far back as you want. But in comparing America's past to the past of our peers? Yeah, we were pretty good overall.

In my memory, it seems that most everything we did great, we were drug, kicking and screaming, into doing. Eventually will get past the Twitterman era and get back on track to trying to improve the world we live in.
