He is using Giuliani to hammer the AG and that entire department now so there will be enough animosity to render the department next to worthless if Giuliani gets the job. Giuliani is there now in part to say the things President Trump shouldn't be saying. Problem there is even though he has Giuliani to say those things for him now President Trump feels the need to say them also. Seems to work for him so far though.
