In this video excerpt, Tuck would have you believe that there is this big deep state secretative mission by the FBI who is mysteriously misleading the public and local law enforcement with their investigation. Tuck would go on to heighten this story with his fluxuations with his tone like this was something completely odd. While yet in the article that is provided, and associated with the video of him has details and a clear explanation of what transpired.
