tumbleweed the wanderer	Sat Sep 22 17:30:42 watching the video, i find it quite unlikely the bat carrier was making any indication to suggest he was going to swing the bat (he's not visible) there was a taunt that if he got closer he'd be shot, so he testosteroned up & stepped forward stepping in while prepping a bat swing seems very hard to believe

I seriously doubt the world would miss any of those idiots. That said, good job on finding out if two people with guns would shoot you after you threatened to kill them and they warned you about getting shot. And finally, the Tueller Drill is based on holstered firearms.

But regardless of legality/right/wrong/whatever, if you rage at two gun-toting idiots and threaten to kill them, then persist after they tell you they're going to shoot you, well, that's what happens.
