Utopia Talk / Politics / rapist Kavanaugh vs lying whores

the hearing is Thursday (supposedly):

D senator: "Mr. Kavanaugh, did you put your dick in some drunk girl's face at a Yale party?"

Kavanaugh: "You're goddamn right I did!"

(^a 2nd weaker allegation has emerged)

...at least now the Supreme Court justices know what to do at his initiation party

Michael Avenatti (or 'Creepy Porn Lawyer' to those who watch the joke News channels) has also posted this letter he sent to the committee about Kavanaugh at gang-rape parties:
http://pbs.twimg.com/media/Dn0mJm8WsAAX2kI.jpg

& tweeted:
"
Brett Kavanaugh must also be asked about this entry in his yearbook: "FFFFFFFourth of July." We believe that this stands for: Find them, French them, Feel them, Finger them, F*ck them, Forget them. As well as the term "Devil's Triangle." Perhaps Sen. Grassley can ask him.

But really, what these accusations amount to is that Kavanaugh is a fucking horrible pick. At best, he clearly makes some pretty fucking bad decisions and it is epidemic. At worst, he's a borderline (or full on?) rapist.

Is the information credible?
Is it relevant?
What should happen?

I find it credible in both cases.

I find it relevant in both cases.

No confirmation until after the midterms. The GOP can confirm some other Trump candidate if it still has the power to do so.

The alternative looks like the GOP can confirm, but suffer voter mobilization as a backlash that will likely cost them house and senate.

Kavanaugh’s anthem in college was, "No means yes. Yes means Anal."

Which is of course the rallying cry of Sam and obaminated and all the other cuckservatives at their all-male meetings. But for those of us not in prison; all these accusations shed a light on a rich white frat boy at best and a rapist at worst.

Which isn’t to say I don’t disagree with those say that Kavanaugh’s legal record and work should have more weight. But given that Republicans have stonewalled access to much of his writings while working for Bush and that his record shows a level of extreme devotion to corporate interests over the public good along with the typical ness of his neocon views; the country is undeniably better without another Thomas on the court.

Funny thing is Trump could’ve picked someone that was an actual Boy Scout like Gorsuch off his handpicked shortlist of candidates. He chose Kavanaugh instead because he wanted a goon that would protect him from Mueller.

kavanaugh has careful calendar schedule from supposed year of ford accusation listing all his plans.. he was mostly not in town during that summer and at no time has mention of party with people ford alleges [and none of those people ford says was there remembering it either]

in new allegation the new york times and washington post had story but wouldn't run it.. ramirez wasn't sure if it was kavanaugh but claimed a number of other people were there.. and again nobody supposedly there knows what she's talking about

also worth noting that liberal feminists [like debra katz] was all saying that it was no big deal if everything paula jones said was true of bill clinton because that's not harassment much less assault

...

"Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is planning to give the Senate Judiciary Committee calendars from his high school years his legal team argues will back up his denial of sexual misconduct allegations, The New York Times reported on Sunday.

The calendars reportedly show that Kavanaugh was away for most of the summer in 1982, the year that Christine Blasey Ford claims Kavanaugh assaulted her at a party. According to the Times, the calendars include details about other gatherings that he attended, but do not include details about a party similar to the one detailed by Ford.

Kavanaugh's lawyers acknowledged to the Times that Kavanaugh could have attended a party that he did not list on the calendars, but they are planning to argue that it proves there is no corroboration for her account.

the sentinel is right

if accused of pulling out penis in room of [x] number of witnesses and 100% of [x] don't remember [or lie about not remembering] then it should be believed

[not sure x has been disclosed but it's multiple and more than in high school incident next]

then when another guy in room where football player is failing to rape younger girl and possibly kill her.. and 100% streak of no memory continues.. then believe.. and 100% streak of two others in house who might remember party or odd screaming.. or that 100% could not remember being source of rumor reaching all girls school in summer.. then listen and believe

this 100%.record of forgotten memories [or lying about not recalling] is much more plausible than a tiny percentage of people vaguely in kavanaugh's life [or more distant] who could possibly lie or have false memories about supreme court nominee of party they're against

also.. gloria steinam was great feminist supporting bill clinton against paula jones and totally right about satanic ritual abuse epidemic

I will be more then willing to entertain that these accusations are true if there is something to back it up. Testifying under the threat of 5 years in prison does fall under evidence incidentally. Right now there is nothing but consequence free statements with nothing to back it up. If Ford is willing to risk half a decade in prison (and considering the stakes here, maximum punishment would be certain) to keep up the accusation, then that definitely lends support to her charge.
kargen

"Mark Judge the asshole friend vehemently denied the event ever happening when interviewed by conservative sources and then refused to testify saying he didn’t recall the event thereby changing his story."

How the fuck can you recall an event that never happened? Seems to me he is sticking to his story. Wouldn't be much in the way of testimony. Question were you ever in a room where an incident like this occurred. Answer, no. End of testimony.

" and their accusations have been corroborated enough to be credible."

corroborated by who and/or what? We have a therapists notes that Ford herself has said are not accurate and nothing else. If Ford could remember even one more person that was at the party that would be a start. But she can't so nothing is all they got.
"The gop could easily clear the air by taking the time to provide some kind of due process."

They are even with democrats fighting them at every turn. There were six FBI background checks. There are no witnesses because Ford can't remember when it happened, where it happened nor anything else related to the night it was supposed to have taken place. She has already changed her mind on how many people were there and how much everybody had to drink.

"The fact that he was probably the typical rich kid frat boy is the icing on a shit case."

Sounds as if Ford was the typical rich kid sorority girl so kinda hard to play the rich white kid card on this one.

Kavenaugh cannot testify until after Ford has testified. That is standard practice. The accused must respond to the accuser. Doing it the other way around is patently unfair, as the the accused needs to know what precisely he is being accused of and what his defense needs to be. And you cannot do that until after the accuser has laid out their side of the story.

It is why in court trials the prosecution makes the first opening statement, and the defense makes the last closing statement.
Dukhat

Mark judge is unwilling to testify nothing happened. If he is sure, then he would risk 5 years prison like aeros says. But he knows that shit like that happened all the time because he is an alcoholic like Kavanaugh.

Corroborated enough to be credible and warrant further investigation which the white house is not allowing. Bush 1 did it for thomas and it took 3 days. The background checks you listed are bullshit and ocurred before the allegations. There should be an independent fbi investigation into the allegations to determine their credibility. Republicans stonewalling means they have no intention of getting at the truth.

All the changing her mind stuff is exaggerated. The importwnt information is there including most importantly the presence of mike judge. If kavanaugh and judge were to both testify, then the weight would be against ford. But judge refuses and kavanaugh has already been caught lying about many other things already.

Bashing the victim is very hot in conservative circles but that time has passed for the rest of us. Ford is not the one being accused of being a rapist and more importantly a seat on the supreme court.

Every day is revealing more information. Kavanaugh's yale roommate for example has added he believes the 2nd accuser and said Kavanaugh was a chronic alcoolic. Another accuser is currently talking to Maryland police.

One women may be lying but two? How about 3 or 4? The power of metoo was in the pattern of deviancy. Kavanaugh's a shithead anyways. Nominate hardiman and be done with it. Do you even know what an FBI background check is? That'd be local PD who have already said there isn't enough evidence to merit investigating.

Okay one more time just for you. She has named two people claiming something was done at an unspecified date and unspecified time when she may or may not (depending on which time she told the story) have been so drunk she couldn't remember how she got to the party nor how she got home. She can't remember one other person that was at the party nor how many people may have been at the party. She can't remember where the party was. All she has is one summer in a house somewhere something happened. How the fuck would bringing in judge clear anything up at all. What is there to testify about related to this case?

We all know the Democrats would ask him have you ever seen Kavanaugh drink a beer then when he says yes they all shout AH-HA and start their dribble about him not being qualified.

I doubt there is a DA anywhere in the country that would proceed on a case with such a small amount of evidence. Ford will get to say her piece Kavanaugh will get to respond then the Senate can decide should he be a judge or not. Stretching out the process in farther with "witnesses" would do nothing but waste time.

"Re-hood - you are also wrong, read up on the 6th amendment."

You are again extremely retarded. In fact, I'm worried that you're a danger to yourself. Nobody (except a judge) has any rights to force someone to testify. The 6th amendment means you have the right to know your accuser, to to know the charges/accusations. Example #1:

This fictional twat submits a hospital record of a positive rape kit and DNA testing matching yours. Evidence is fairly convincing and doesn't require the twat to make a peep in open court.

Example #2:

Witnesses can testify (take care to see how this word is fucking used) to judge/jury/whoever that they saw you bring a drink to the twat, she was unconscious a few minutes later, and they saw you dragging her to an empty bedroom and lock the door. Again, twat likely doesn't have to say a word in court.

Example #3:

Home surveillance records a video of you attacking the twat outside of her home, pinning her against the wall, forcing yourself inside the twat's twat, all with clear and visible resistance from said twat. I, again, doubt that the twat would ever have to utter a word in court.

You clearly do not understand words or what testify means. Don't forget your helmet, you are retarded.

Each Senator gets to ask five "I never" questions. yep just play a game of I never. Any time you've done something one of the senators claim to have not done you drink. Not just the nominee drinks but everybody drinks. At the end of the questioning if the nominee is more sober than the senators he is in. And of course they all have to be honest in their drinking. If it is to close to call the nominee gets to ask 10 questions.

And we could play at home!

None of your 3 examples apply to this case. There is no dna evidence. No video evidence. No corroborating witnesses. This is why i literally framed my scenario yo match what we are actually talking about, not some random jewboy fantasy you come up with to make your claim valid.
If it is a she said he said, as in this case, she needs to testify and kav has the right to challenge her. Moron.

If she doesn't testify, there is no case and itd be dismissed. Now obviously this is in front of congress and not a judge (you are also wrong, Congress can compel you to answer their questions, not just judges). But the same expectations of law and order should be applied before we tar and feather a guy who has otherwise had a spotless career in the public sector.

"None of your 3 examples apply to this case."

Nobody fucking claimed they did, you ignorant fucknut.

Let me rerun this for you:

1. Aeros claimed that the plaintiff must always testify before the defendant, it was a standard.
2. I pointed out that not only is he heinously wrong, but that the plaintiff doesn't even have to fucking testify (and nor does the defendant, really).
3. You saw "[no] rule that states the actual accuser must testify" and went full on retard about completely unrelated 6th amendment crap.

"If it is a she said he said, as in this case, she needs to testify and kav has the right to challenge her. Moron."

Sure, I never disputed that. However, that was completely unrelated to my post addressing Aeros' mental deficiencies. Aeros claimed that Kavanaugh's accuser must testify first per some fantasy standard he made up. He is wrong. If you would like to defend his statement, feel free. If you're just budding in with something completely unrelated, well there's this thing about going full retard and how you shouldn't do it.

So to sum up:
- Yes, the lady in this (Kavanaugh's) case will have to testify.
- No, there is no standard to who must testify first.
- obaminated cannot comprehend hypothetical or theorycraft discussions.
- In general, there is no compulsion of a plaintiff to testify.

Michael Avenatti (or 'Creepy Porn Lawyer' to those who watch the joke News channels) has also posted this letter he sent to the committee about Kavanaugh at gang-rape parties:

& tweeted:
Grassley can ask him.

here's his yearbook synopsis w/ multiple questionable items

including the FFFFFFFourth & Devil's Triangle references & two Keg items

i'd heard the 'beach week ralph club' before, not sure why some are excluding him designating himself as the largest contributor (of vomit... unless someone has a different interpretation)

(annotations not by me)

i'm not saying being a drunken dick disqualifies him, but lying about it does

I love it when people talk about court proceedings and they are completely ignorant of what actually takes place. And then compare a congressional hearing and court room and cannot tell the difference. Or the fact they do not understand what amendments actually allow you to do or not to do.

"No corroborating witnesses."

Except for four.

"Do you even know what an FBI background check is? They look into criminal history, any laws on the books that have been broken. asking the FBI to investigate a 36 year old sexual assault case is a way to distract ignorant people like you who don't know that the FBI doesn't do that. That'd be local PD who have already said there isn't enough evidence to merit investigating. "

I've addressed this with kargen already and you fail victim to it as well as you don't understand what the background check entails for a supreme justice nominee.

"Among the questions -------- was asked: Have you ever engaged in kinky sex? Did you shoplift as a kid? What about any associations with groups like the Klu Klux Klan? Ever abuse a girlfriend? Engage in cruelty to animals? And tell us about sex in college: How often, how many women, and did you ever contract a venereal disease?"
