Hot Rod Revved Up	Fri Oct 12 23:17:53 Most of you are too young to have seen this particular mini-series. When it was first shown it took the country by storm. All across the country folks were having parties or just some friends getting together to watch it. There were on average 7 or 8 of us that got together every week to watch it. I had forgotten how good it is and what an important story it tells. A man named Alex Haley traced his family tree back to 1750 when his ancestor, Kunta Kinte, was captured in Africa, brought to America and sold into slavery. I just finished hour #6 and I would be remiss if I did not tell you guys about it in hopes that some of you will watch it and enjoy it as much as I am in this current watching. It was shown at least one perhaps two or three times since then I'm sure. If you have seen it then I am happy for you if you enjoyed it.
