Remember when Republicans gave interviews and had townhall meetings about Trump's words have meanings and can influence others and if untamed may be deadly or have consequential effects.

Apparently not anymore, maybe it's because they converted to Trumpicantards and now declare that Trump's words have no effect on others or their behaviors.

Maybe they all got in on the legalize marijuana and their short-term memory has been affected.

Republicans who warned about Trump’s words in 2016 decline to fault him now:

In the summer of 2016, Nikki Haley warned that if Republican candidate Donald Trump did not change his rhetoric, the consequences could be deadly.

“I know what that rhetoric can do,” Haley told the Associated Press weeks before the anniversary of a racially driven massacre at an African American church in her home state of South Carolina. “I saw it happen.”
This week, Haley, the Trump administration’s ambassador to the United Nations, spoke out after another mass killing, at a Pittsburgh synagogue. Her message: Don’t blame the president.

When he was a candidate, prominent Republicans and primary rivals expressed alarm about Trump’s criticism of immigrants, his encouragement of violence at his rallies and his hostility toward the media.

Trumpicantards rejoice as they bathe in the river of hypocrisy.

the power of trump's rhetoric against terrorism is indeed probably one reason that rates of terrorist attacks and terrorist fatalities are below those of obama's administration

similarly.. trump's powerful words inspiring confidence in economy is why gdp growth jumped all the way to 3.0% in his first quarter before having time to implement much policy.. for every $200 billion trump has added to economy in this rhetorical way let's say that 18% of that is spent on health care.. that should be enough there to easily save as many american lives as the number killed on 9/11 [plus the other 82% improving lives of americans in other ways]

go master persuader trump

obama's style rhetoric: "you'd need a magic wand for economy to do much better than 1.6% growth i've been getting over my final 6 quarters"

result: doom and gloom psychological effect on economy.. largely self-fulfilling prophesy that is worse than 9/11 at killing americans

^ the irony here being that everyone is now predicting a big recession in the near term future.

The last one arguably never ended. Look at Europe and Canada and NZ. Ignoring it and cash infusions and massive write offs and ballooning house hold and government debt never even stalled.

"The last one arguably never ended"

It was ending.

Either way, that isn't really the topic here. The topic is about Trump's words coaxing people towards criminal actions.

rates of terrorist attacks and terrorist fatalities are down by about one-third from obama

so even after a bad week.. topic should be about how trump overall has coaxed people away from terrorism

even with intelligent people afraid of ocasio-cortez democrat people taking house and its devastating psychological effect.. atlanta fed is predicting 2.6% growth for q4 [not nearly as good as trump's been doing without dems but paradise compared to obama]

Obama never made any magic wand comment about GDP... that's Trump's defective brain at work

speaking of san bernadino & orlando & trump:

San Bernadino:
"by the way, if the people in Paris or the people in California, if you had a couple of folks in there with guns, and that knew how to use them, and they were in that room, you wouldn't have dead people, the dead people would be the other guys"

Orlando:
"You take Pulse nightclub. If you had one person in that room that could carry a gun and knew how to use it, it wouldn’t have happened, or certainly to the extent that it did."
[fact: there WAS an armed security guard}

synagogue:
"This is a case where if they had an armed guard inside they may have been able to stop him immediately"

------

Trump is very helpful... 'they should've had bullets being put into the brain of the shooter, then it wouldn't have happened'... he's brilliant!

that's a christmas party, a nightclub, and a synagogue, obviously there should be more guns at those kind of places

Why shouldn't there be?

Because most gun deaths are due to mishap or self-harm. Adding more guns gives more dead. In the sum of all armed synogogues, xmas parties and nightclubs.

let's look at math more clearly..

over some debatable period of time.. trump's optimistic rhetoric [admittedly very potent] creates equivalent of 1% of one year's annual gdp.. or about $200 billion

assuming 18% goes to health care that's $36 billion.. even at a cost of $10 million needed to save one american life.. that is price to save 3600 american lives [more saved than killed 9/11]

minus the 18% on health care.. the rest of the $164 billion that trump creates with powerful rhetoric is equivalent of around $500 extra per capita for usa's 327 million population

"Her message: Don’t blame the president."

No hypocrisy there, as the shooter was a Trump critic, and Trump has, to my knowledge, never spoken publicly about killing Jews. His "anti-Semitism" (I'm sure Kushner is offended) amounts to tangential, actually anti-Semitic attempts by leftists to equate Judaism with globalism.
