Utopia Talk / Politics / A Very Interesting Development

A Federal Judge has given Hillary Clinton 30 days to explain how she had her e-mails set up when she was SecState.

I wonder what this is all about.

That's not very presidential.

It should be, "A Very, Very, Very Interesting Development."

It's a huge development, one of the biggest ever, believe me

this is 'Judicial Watch' (which Trump thinks is some official organization cause its name sounds like one) being granted a FOIA request

it's quite certain the FBI would've asked her that question during the lengthy investigation, & that she had an acceptable answer

We all know what the FBI did to her.

yes, they properly determined she had no intent to mishandle classified info so did not charge her with the crime as only one person in history ever has been charged under those circumstances (& even that didn't go to conclusion)

Bull shit.

They covered for including Comey.

Hillary has literally had people murdered and tw is still defending her. Ugh. His name was Seth Rich.

I'm still hoping that Trump will make Rudy his A/G and then turn him loose on where the crimes were really committed.

The only way the Democrats will give up their felonious ways is to prosecute every one of them to the maximum.

This election has proven that even Trump may not be able to turn the tide.

they didn't cover for her... there's no evidence of that, and logic suggests not (and the whole investigation itself was investigated already)

A) Hillary used the email because she desperately wanted to mishandle classified info?

B) Hillary used the email as it was more convenient?

which is more likely?

no one concluded she didn't mishandle classified info (although it was a LOT less than people assume, as Fox News made no effort to note classified docs were distributed on a completely separate system)

it was concluded there was no intent to do so (which is completely believable), so no charge... he said disciplinary action would've been warranted if she still worked there

case closed

TW - they didn't cover for her... there's no evidence of that, and logic suggests not

Go back and find Comey's conclusions about her and then ***LISTEN***.

tw - B) Hillary used the email as it was more convenient?

More convenient obviously.

But it is still against the law for her to use her personal one.

as usual, talking like Trump... he likes to say 'you go back & look'/'take a look at'...

and if people do so, they find nothing & then he's long gone to ask questions about what the hell he was talking about

i did listen to Comey at the time, i did listen to his testimony... he is 100% credible on all issues

YOU go find some kind of evidence (& the IG already investigated it & found no bias, so good luck)

Intent is not the only facet of the law, as tw knows.

the FBI director gave that as his reason: no intent to commit the crime, that's why he didn't recommend charging... and he conceded others may see it differently... but he also noted only one person in history had been charged w/ mishandling classified info w/o intent

if you can refute that claim, feel free

he said that all openly in front of cameras, if this is false or corrupt, he's certainly ballsy... and somehow no one has proven it to be wrong...

he remained at his post, and his firing was NOT due to that decision... his firing was because Trump is corrupt, but even the fake reason was not because Comey lied or was corrupt, just faulting him for overstepping bounds & revealing too much about Hillary & the conclusions... yet he had good reason... a totally corrupt lying asshole was claiming the whole process was corrupt & had his idiot army believing it, so Comey handing it over to Loretta Lynch would've just played into that corrupt claim of corruption (there would've been no explanation of why Hillary cleared, plus would've been done by Lynch, who was being smeared as corrupt)

that's a lot of 'corrupt's, yet all apt :p

Hot Rod, are you saying that not once in all the investigations Clinton has been the object of, did the Republicans ask this question?

Maybe if you had hired Mueller to run your investigations of the Clintons, maybe there would have been some results that please you.

"the FBI director gave that as his reason: no intent to commit the crime, that's why he didn't recommend charging..."

Yes, and that was bogus and he knew it. Just before she took office, IIRC, two FBI Agents sat down with her and explained what she could do and what *****SHE COULD NOT DO***** when it came to her e-mails and Classified Information up to and including 'Eyes Only - Top Secret'. She certainly could not set up her own server in her basement and she was required to use a government-issued secure telephone.

He changed the wording in his speech so that it did not apply to the wording in that archaic law, but his words and the words of the law meant exactly the same thing.

"his firing was because Trump is corrupt"

No, he was fired because he lied to Vice-President Pence. (Sorry, I forget the exact details.)

"so Comey handing it over to Loretta Lynch would've just played into that corrupt claim of corruption"

Comey's job was to oversee the investigation of Clinton and then turn the data over to lynch. Lynch's job as the A/G was to decide if she wanted to prosecute or not. Comey was completely and totally out of line when he gave his opinion that Clinton should not be prosecuted.

She was indeed corrupt. She met with Bill Clinton privately in her airplane at the airport. Totally inappropriate for her to meet privately with Bill while she is investigating Hillary.

There you have the truth. It is sad to see you believing the swill the liberal media dishes out.

I know you won't, but I really hope you will research this and see the light.

"She certainly could not set up her own server in her basement"

This is false. There was no law preventing her from setting up the email server.

She sent and received classified information through that server.

That was against the law.

The circumstances around that have been well explained. You are just retarded.

To transmit classified information through unsecured media is against the law.

To my knowledge, she has never used a secure email or phone line.
