Unless you already own a house you will be taking a massive risk entering since the rates are 0 and prices insane. But even if unemployment goes up, the problem here is too little is being built. You have to stand in que for 20 years to get a rental appartment in Stockholm as an indicator.

This suggests that Sweden's regulatory environment is too restrictive. Sweden should eliminate many regulations from its books and enable developers to build with fewer restrictions in place. Alternatively, Sweden could stop importing more brown people into the country. Immigrants probably take up a whole bunch of units that would otherwise be available for good, hardworking Swedes. Plus if you stop importing brown people, your crime rates will go way down. How great would it be to live in a nice unit in Malmo and not have to worry about getting beaten up by a bunch of immigrants?
