And no he isn't claiming the president knows something and is holding it over Cohen. He is claiming Cohen knows something and doesn't want to testify on it because it could upset dangerous associates of the father-in-law. The accusations about the father-in-law have been made many times by many people over a number of years. Stupid move by the president and by Giuliani but the comments are deflections not threats. Again if Cohen really had anything on president Trump the presidents statements would give Cohen more incentive to testify not less.
