Wyoming Equality Accuses Cheyenne Senator Lynn Hutchings Of Anti-LGBTQ Comments

State Senator Lynn Hutchings of Cheyenne has been accused by the group Wyoming Equality of comparing homosexuality with bestiality and pedophilia. It came during a conversation with Cheyenne Central High School students at the legislature earlier this month.

This is what she asked students at a meeting according to Wyoming Equality. "If my sexual orientation was to have sex with all of the men in there and I had sex with all of the women in there and then they brought their children and I had sex with all of them and then brought their dogs in and I had sex with them, should I be protected for my sexual orientation?"

A simple yes/no question.

Reading some of her past comments they should have sorta expected her so say something like this. Not smart on anybodies part to let her speak to this group.

Children and pets can't consent to sexual intercourse, adults have that ability.

I provided the question to show how outrageous her comment was. I then added the yes/no for my own amusement. I assumed people would get that. Guess I gave you too much credit. Sorry about that.

The answer to the question for most would be no. Then they would clarify why the answer is no. Somewhere in that clarification you could say children and pets can't consent to sexual intercourse but adults can.

What caught my attention is how many people were outraged that she asked the question in front of children. The outrage should have been she asked the question at all.
