It's because of Brexit. long term it will be expensive to hold on 2 factories with new incoming tax if there is a no deal exit. It's easier to lay off the people there and relocate. I would think this is an option that they are considering.

The a350 is their newest most modern plane. While still losing market share to the 787 it is much more competitive than the 380.

Spare capacity elsewhere can then be repurposed to undertake activity currently done in the UK, allowing UK plants to be run down.

good. Hate the 380. Its too smooth. Cant feel it take of cant feel it land. And the curvature of its body makes looking out of window difficult regardless of which floor you are on.
