rank | Thu Feb 28 02:23:15 2019 in non-Cohen news, our mentally-ill criminal child is meeting with his lover Kim there was some speculation Trump would formally end the war in his quest for the Nobel peace prize Is anyone knowledgeable on this issue? from a skimming of Wikipedia seems NK had long ago wanted peace instead of the armistice but it was us who held out, so this seems like it would be a gift to them that Trump will take full credit for agree or no? Or discuss anything else about what's happening there... |

rank | Thu Feb 28 02:53:05 2019 U.S. drops demand for full accounting of N. Korea nuclear program ahead of talks The country's refusal to disclose all of its nuclear materials is the issue over which talks fell apart a decade ago. http://www...77251__twitter_impression=true Donald really wants some kind of victory, fast. But this is actually good, Kim is not giving up nukes, so just concentrate on arms control and forget about denuclearization bullshit |

rank | Thu Feb 28 05:40:38 2019 I wrote that last tweet hastily as about to watch a show... I recall Trump saying diplomacy wouldn't work, only one option would work, plus plenty of other saber rattling and personal insults to his madman counterpart (so possible I was concerned he could start a war as everyone should be still) I recall numerous accounts of Trump wanting to order military families or some other group to withdraw from the country or something which panicked people in the know who strongly urged him not to as NK would see it as a prelude to war. I recall reporting of military leaders not wanting to provide Trump with very many military options after he requested them for fear he would pick one (and you can call that 'fake news' based on nothing, but imagine you were in their shoes, would you be comfortable giving the idiot child dangerous options?) And I recall the proclamation after the first meeting had NK only saying they 'restate' something they had already said so seems like it didn't produce anything on the route to denuclearization And I've seen the above reporting by CR, and Trump seeming to lower the bar on this meeting, so am anticipating very little on NKs part, and anticipating Trump will declare it the greatest achievement in history. |

rank | Thu Feb 28 14:56:33 2019 Well, I guess it is over Trump’s Talks With Kim Jong-Un Collapse February 28, 2019 at 6:35 am EST “President Trump and Kim Jong-un, North Korea’s leader, abruptly ended their second summit meeting on Thursday when negotiations collapsed after the two sides failed to agree on even the first steps on nuclear disarmament, a peace declaration or reducing sanctions on the North,” the New York Times reports. |

rank | Thu Feb 28 16:17:11 2019 I know Rod would have found a way to applaud Donald for this, but I am glad he doesn't have to, this is kinda embarassing for the US president. Totally worth it though --------------------- Trump Defends Kim Over Otto Warmbier’s Death February 28, 2019 at 7:11 am EST President Trump defended North Korean leader Kim Jong Un over the death of American college student Otto Warmbier, whose family says he was “brutally tortured” while imprisoned in North Korea and died in 2017 after being flown back to United States in a coma, the Washington Post reports. Said Trump: “I don’t believe he would have allowed that to happen. It just wasn’t to his advantage to allow that to happen.” He added that Kim “feels badly about it… He tells me he didn’t know about it, and I take him at his word.” |

rank | Thu Feb 28 20:51:22 2019 brave Trump didn't want to answer if it was his decision to walk away from the talks so if the fallout is bad... probably Pompeo's getting smeared if the TV people conclude it's good, Trump will take credit i'll guess it was not Trump's idea... i'll guess Trump would've given Kim anything he wanted if Trump could announce the peace treaty (after all, they're in love... & Trump proudly shares the incredible love letters) |

rank | Fri Mar 01 19:22:30 2019 "We have been respectful during this summit process. Now we must speak out. Kim and his evil regime are responsible for the death of our son Otto. Kim and his evil regime are responsible for unimaginable cruelty and inhumanity. No excuses or lavish praise can change that. Thank you." ~Fred and Cindy Warmbier they had been tolerant of Trump's ass-licking of Kim in the past when it wasn't about Otto, but i guess this was a bit too much |

rank | Fri Mar 01 21:06:57 2019 Trump the labeled pathological liar is now telling the truth to Kim? It would have been irresponsible to insult Kim when trying to negotiate nuke elimination and a peace treaty between the Korea's. The lie of believing Kim was goal-oriented, as well as, the love between them. Telling Kim the truth would have ended the process for decades into the future. The pissing match has subsided and that is a good thing from my perspective. |
tumbleweed
rank | Fri Mar 01 21:29:49 2019 have you carefully studied Trump's personality? Trump gets love letters from Kim, so he returns it he didn't have to smear Kim into the dirt on the question, there's a middle ground |

rank | Fri Mar 01 21:33:49 2019 was Trump's trying to convince the public that Russia was innocent of election interference for literally a whole year after unanimous conclusion of our intel agencies a noble effort to get better relations? are we doormats? |

rank | Fri Mar 01 23:20:38 2019 Without answering your questions in a bickering manner, I've carefully assessed Trump and his 1st term thus far as President, considering the calamity surrounding in resistance of it, I'll make two future predictions that you'll abhor considering the opposition history over the past three years. 1) The wall will be built. 2) He'll be reelected in 2020. I see no need to defend those predictions, but what I will do is admit my judgement was in error, if they don't come to fruition. What will you do if, by chance, those predictions become factual? |

rank | Sat Mar 02 02:11:50 2019 Trump should've left that last sentence off... the disingenuousness is vomit-inducing... a fraud to the core if Trump wins again i will leave the country... and/or keep complaining |
TJ
rank | Sat Mar 02 03:21:49 2019 I'll make another prediction. You'll pick the latter if Trump is reelected. Locked and loaded... |

rank | Sat Mar 02 05:27:42 2019 I would happily leave if this country is so lost... I move frequently, the only problem is a lot more hassle changing countries... Canada probably isn't too hard for most but not sure they'd let me in...we've had a misunderstanding... |

rank | Sat Mar 02 19:06:20 2019 now about the "The wall will be built" prediction... (i've never bet it wouldn't be... i've made no prediction, just that he lies literally every time he talks about it)... but if you want credit for your prediction you'll have to establish what success/fail means his initial promise was an ~40 ft concrete wall the entirety of the border... now after actually getting at least a small amount of info (impressive for him) he knows border patrol wants the fencing & he has accepted natural barriers exist i haven't studied the issue but i've heard Congress had approved ~750 miles of fencing before the total obvious fraud ever took office, and ~700 miles got built... and i believe i heard that the first money he finally got for fencing was related to that ~50 miles but not sure he (the continuous liar) claims he's built a lot of his wall already (and changed the slogan to 'finish the wall') when factually it seems to be 0.0 miles & since he never got funding before now & he's a continuous liar, that seems likely (renovation has happened, but that also was going on under Obama) so you'll have to define your goal posts if you want credit |
TJ
rank | Sat Mar 02 20:13:55 2019 I don't care about receiving any credit for something that seems so obvious. What if I'm incorrect? The answer to that seems equally as obvious. lulz The media will let us know if he gets done what he wanted accomplished with the so called wall. |
