What's your objection to the characterization here, exactly? What the proposal demonstrates is that Cohen is absolutely full of shit, and undermines his testimony about Trump's character and actions. Throw in a little bit of Trump's penchant for exaggeration, and we have a pretty good basis for his tweets. Hopefully this explanation satisfies you and mitigates your (unfounded) concerns about his mental state.
