Also, I think we will just allocate your taxes to Government spending in your country. Given the deficit situation and all that, I think it best not to pretend your taxes are going to anything other than that. Pillz Why not? I am about the last person to criticize someone for having patriotic pride in one's country. Now, $1 trillion of assets doesn't really seem like something to really brag about to me. But hey, maybe that's because I come from a country whose GDP can actually be measured in trillions. And a cumulative 5.5% annualized return since 1998 is nothing to sneeze at. Of course, CALPERS is averaging 6.1% over the last twenty years and the AFP is at 8.9% since inception, but hey, we can't all be at the top of our field. Cashout then is any time you use a subsidised service (daycare costs 500 dollars a month, University 100 dollars a semester, medical treatment 60 dollars with a cap at 500 dollars a year etc etc).
