As I have been saying for a while as this has been true for at least a decade. The attack complexity is trivial, but had to involve Saudi disidents or long term guest workers in Saudi Arabia (people who would have qualified for citizenship long ago in a civilised country). The level of Iranian involvement is less than that of US involvement in ISIL attacks using ATGMs in Syria (assuming a US made ATGM). Amazing the disconnect. Saudi Arabia has been bombing Yemen for years and yet this is supposed to be an unconnected and illegal attack. SD Secured? What air defence batteries were securing the sites and failed so singularly? The Sauds need to do the same thing Russia does to defeat drone attacks and deploy air defence systems to vulnerable infrastructure. Russia has shot down 100ds of drones.

In this case, people with a couple SUVs from a few hilltops away used google maps, a couple oil processing engineering texbooks, and a few drones to knock out 5% of the global oil supply.
