You even hear how it will boost huge gains to the companies bottom line.....but does anyone have good reliable data on the issue. Admittedly I didnt dig real deep, but I seen some outrageous claims backed by correlation....not causation. Off the top of my head some of the most successful companies are not that diverse (aramco , most of silicon valley) Does anyone have any good data on the effects of diversity in companies pro or con? |
