The UK has 85 diagnosed and 0 deaths. The expectation is 3 deaths. It is in other words catching a lot of people with few or any symptoms. The US has 138 diagnoses and 9 deaths. It should have 260 diagnoses. It is in other words missing a lot of people that it needs to catch to meet global averages.
