If the virus is airborne and enters your body through your bronchus and down into your lungs where it can cause pneumonia, then you should be able to blow out air and make the virus leave your body. Coughing is how your body reacts when it wants something to leave your body. It should help by blowing out air from your lungs. The more you blow, the less concentration of virus you'll have in your body. If the virus comes from droplets, then it should help to spit. The more you spit the less concentration of virus you'll have in your body. |
