A report from the Wisconsin Elections Commission on Tuesday found that nearly 60 percent of Wisconsin’s municipalities were reporting a shortage of poll workers, including more than 100 jurisdictions that said they lacked the ability to staff even one voting site right now.

how pathetic will it be?

D governor wanted to postpone, R's love when people can't vote, so denied it.

(moron Trump claims the governor only wants to postpone it as Trump had endorsed some judge & the judge's poll #s supposedly rose... plus attacked mail-in voting says people only want that to cheat... unrelated: Trump is voting by mail)

TW wants to suspend democracy now? That's interesting. There's one democratic event in particular that I hope he expresses this same view on.

Holding a vote when nobody can vote is highly retarded.

On Friday, Milwaukee election officials announced the city would open only five polling locations for the Wisconsin primary on Tuesday, April 7. The city typically has 180 voting cites, but axed other locations due to mass poll worker shortages.

5?... 180?... what's the difference?

a primary's date is less relevant than the general election... plus, everyone should be willing to die to remove Trump

"Holding a vote when nobody can vote is highly retarded."

If this was an important vote i would agree.

But trump is 100% on his and biden is 99% on his.

Also some states only vote by mail. If Wisconsin has some of that capability closed polling places are less relevant.

There are local votes being cast too:

Still probably not that big a deal, but I was more speaking sentiment than this specific instance.

True, there are local votes that i did not consider.

But its wisconsin so they are probably electing people to the cow farmers resource board.

The governor didn't ask for the postponement until Friday so sounds like there is plenty of stupidity to spread around.
I think the Republicans missed a good opportunity here. If they had allowed the vote to be postponed it would allow Bernie to run all that much longer.

Even without that the election should have been moved back some.

Governor wanted to apply maximum leverage since Republicans control the legislature by such a strong majority.

well, the judge Trump wanted lost, so ha!

...of course he will claim fraud based on nothing, continuing to undermine faith in elections & his fans will be fine with it
