In all seriousness, its worth noting that of the 20 million jobs lost, some 18 million are considered to be "temporary" losses only. So while 20 million is a staggering number, the current unemployment rate will quickly shoot back down once the country reopens.

Anyway, it's too soon to know what the effect of this will be on the election. Trump did make himself look like a rambling idiot at his press conferences, but that will be old news by November. Voters will care more about how the recovery is handled by then.

Maybe they can not win the election but I have an idea how the Democrats can take power. They just need to boycott the election and then when Trump wins they can say that it is a "military dictatorship". The Democrats can then turn to Europe and the UN and ask them who they want to see as a President of United States. Hint: None of them wants to have Trump.

If this isn't clear enough for Mr Trump, the Democrats can then work together with foreign "security firms" and plot incursions involving military raids in the hope of igniting a rebellion that will end in the final victory of the Democrats.
