Fucking retard cops, rofl

The FBI has been called in to investigate after the Minneapolis Police Department confirmed Monday that a man died while in police custody.

The announcement came the same day that video circulated on social media that showed a Minneapolis police officer kneeling on a handcuffed man's neck for several minutes he struggled to breathe.

According to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, police say that they were called to investigate reports of forgery on the city's south side on Monday evening. Officers found a man matching the suspect's description sitting in his car.

Officers ordered the man out of the car, but police say the man "initially resisted" officers' orders. According to WCCO-TV, once the man was handcuffed, officers noticed the man was in "medical distress," and an ambulance was called to the scene.

The man, whose identity has not yet been released, later died at a local hospital after suffering a "medical episode."

Later on Monday evening, a video that claims to show the arrest began circulating on social media platforms. The video, which originally aired on Facebook Live, shows a handcuffed black man on the ground as a police officer kneels on his neck. A second officer looks on. At several points during the recording, the man tells officers that he can't breathe.

The video shows the officer kneeling on the man's neck as bystanders urge him to move.

Police say the officers had their body cameras on at the time of the incident. The footage has been turned over to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, who is investigating the incident along with the FBI.

A spokesperson for the Minneapolis Police Department said that officers did not use their weapons at any point during the arrest.

That's really hard to defend.8
Tue May 26 18:02:48
Like the risen ghost of Jonny Cochran would say " Yeah, I want no parts of that" hard to defend.

The cops there were peices of shit you seem to het off on torture.

Ever since 9/11 we militarized our police, couple that with self funding police orginizations and its a perfect storm.

Idk if it was racism or.just asshole cops.
Wed May 27 01:27:16
That video was hard to watch.

Today in Murfeesboro Tennessee, the city I live in, a kid was delivering an Amazon package and the residents drew guns on him and asked what's his business here. He told them he works for Amazon and is delivering a package.

Their response? Can't be too careful out here.

I dunno, I'm just tired of seeing and hearing this shit.
Wed May 27 02:34:26
Republicans took away all the economic opportunity for dumb white people and gaslighted them by blaming it on blacks and mexicans and liberals.

All they have now is their racism and guns. Sad stupid fucks.

MORE: Video obtained by CBS News shows what appears to be the start of the confrontation between George Floyd & Minneapolis police officers. A restaurant's security footage shows cops taking him into custody, but the restaurant owner says it does not show Floyd resisting arrest.

He was a father, a working man!

Man who died in police incident was good friend and like family to his boss, others
A Houston native, George Floyd worked security at the Conga Latin Bistro on East Hennepin Avenue.

May 26, 2020

Friends and employers remembered George Floyd as a big man with a heart to match.

Floyd, 46, a native of Houston who was nicknamed “Big Floyd” and also went by Floyd Perry, lived in St. Louis Park and worked security for years at Conga Latin Bistro, where photos of him on the job show him dressed in a dapper suit.

Conga regular Luz Maria Gonzalez Gonzalez said she would make a point to drop in early before dancing on Friday nights to joke around and eat with Floyd, who “took care of people.”

Floyd died Monday night in police custody in south Minneapolis during an encounter captured on video by a passerby and broadcast on Facebook. The 10-minute video featured Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin kneeling on Floyd’s neck while he was handcuffed and complaining he couldn’t breathe before losing consciousness.

Christina Dawson, Floyd’s former girlfriend who remained on friendly terms with him, said she and others close to her “were up all night searching and calling, and hoping it wasn’t him.

At about midnight or 1, I see on my [social media] feed another black man being attacked.”

Then she found and watched the video from the scene.

“When I heard him say ‘I can’t breathe,’ I knew who it was,” she told the Star Tribune late Tuesday afternoon. “We finally reach out to his family. Sure enough, it was him.”

Dawson said she and Floyd had been together for nearly three years until his death. “I’m so sorry this happened to his children, family and friends.

“That king did not have to die before his time.”

Gonzalez last saw Floyd just before the coronavirus outbreak brought restaurant dining to a halt roughly two months ago, when he mentioned he enjoyed Tajin, a Mexican spice.

Gonzalez told Floyd she’d have the spice for him the next time they saw each other, but COVID-19 restrictions left that gesture unfulfilled.

“I got some,” she said. “Now I guess I will put it on his memorial for him.”

Longtime Minneapolis businessman Jovanni Thunstrom said he didn’t at first recognize the black man dying under the knee of a white police officer on the South Side of his city.

“I was shocked when I saw the video,” said Thunstrom, owner of Conga Latin Bistro on East Hennepin Avenue. “I didn’t know who this poor guy was.”

Thunstrom would later learn that the man who died Monday night following the altercation at E. 38th Street and Chicago Avenue S. was Floyd, an employee who also rented a residence from him in St. Louis Park.

“The way he died, he was begging for his life,” said Thunstrom, who last saw Floyd about a week ago, when he came by to pay his rent. “I just hope he gets some justice. … I just don’t understand.”

Thunstrom said Floyd worked at the restaurant for the past five years, but he was more than just an employee to him, staff and customers.

Floyd was “a good friend, person and a good tenant,” he said. “He was family. His co-workers and friends loved him.”

The restaurateur took his emotions to Facebook, saying that Floyd’s death was “plain murder. It can’t go unpunished.”

He ended his post by saying he would “like to keep on writing, but my vision is blurry from the tears. … I am sorry. I usually don’t cry.”

Gonzalez, who first watched the video not realizing it was Floyd, said “there needs to be consequences. This is happening all over America. … He was a kind man who did not deserve to die.”

Another Conga patron, Jessi Zendejas, called Floyd a “gentle giant” who kept everyone at the restaurant safe.

“Everyone who knows him knew he loved his hugs from his regulars when working as a security guard,” Zendejas said on Facebook. “[He] would be mad if you didn’t stop to greet him because he honestly loved seeing everyone and watching everyone have fun.”

Zendejas recalled that “on the days I didn’t bring extra change for coat check, he would keep my stuff in his closet and made sure I got it back.”

I have personally met many cops and they are mostly good people. But you gotta understand the nature of the job attracts tons of meathead idiots. Like these are just every fucking asshole you met in high school who thought it would be cool to carry a gun and a badge for a living.

Police training is generally pretty good, imo, but the sheer number of uneducated fucktards in blue is amazing. Smart people become scientists, lawyers, engineers, bankers, businessmen, commissioned officers, detectives, professors, etc. Donut-eating pigs are by and large a bunch of bonehead idiots. Again, tons of good folks in blue, but a shockingly large percentage are just fuckweeds with "authoriteh." Hope these closet fags hang.

I've known Cops all my life. Had 3 cousins on the Philly PD, my youngest son was a cop and now runs his own private security company. I have drank with cops and partied with them.

I also have worked with some and when I worked in the jail I got to see some of them in action.

The vast majority of Cops are good people who know their mission and try and do the best job they can.

The one all to common flaw among them is their willingness to turn a blind eye to that few who should NEVER be allowed to carry a gun and wear a badge.

Every profession has a certain percentage of people that should not be in that profession. Cops are no exception.

They, if they have any pride, need to police themselves.
Wed May 27 07:06:03
Now There are protests.
Wed May 27 11:22:07
What are they protesting? Cops were fired and are being investigated for criminal charges.

Wed May 27 13:20:29
The new leftist meme of the day is to try to draw a distinction between Michigan protesters (in which the vast majority of interactions were respectful - most of those guys are coplickers anyway), and Minneapolis riots, where Antifas spraypaint cars, break windows, and through bottles at cops, then whine when they get gassed.
Wed May 27 13:26:28
Ah theres Dukhat, being totally not racist again. Good stuff.

Protests continued into Wednesday night in south Minneapolis, where Chopper 5 captured video of apparent looting at a nearby Target and other area businesses. A fire has engulfed one business as well.

Some looters at the East Lake Street Target location were seen walking out with televisions, rugs and other items from the store. Other looters were seen at a tobacco store, a Dollar Tree and a liquor store. Additionally, Cub Foods and an AutoZone is being looted as well.

The AutoZone is on fire as of 9:30 p.m. It can be seen burning on Chopper 5 video.

Human rights and freedom is being violated here. People are being oppressed by a racist regime who employs cops to kill them.
